I've been thinking about doing a series of wallpapers that are all of young royals... I have quite a few portraits of queens and kings when they were 13 and younger... maybe I'll do it, we'll have to wait and see.
So, this wallpaper is of Marie Antoinette from the portrait of her when she was 13 years of age by painter Joseph Ducreux. The portrait was painted in 1769 and sent to the Dauphin of France, later Louis XVI, as a way for him to see the Archduchess before they were to be married.
I made this one so that it would go well with the La Rose de Versailles [link] wallpaper of Marie Antoinette I made some time back, kinda like a set.

That sounds like a great series on young royals. I hope you will do more on Marie Antoinette - perhaps doing a picture of her at age 20, age 25 and age 30 and during the French Revolution. There are some really nice pictures of her around at the different ages nd it would be great to see how you would do them on photoshop.
